Design Philosophy

Christy + You is a New York-based high-end Women's Ready-to-wear Clothing Brand. 

Christy + You embraces avant-garde and trendy feel with deconstructed tailoring approach while following the refined minimalism with simple, pared-down aesthetic. Design Philosophy of Christy Plus You is updated to "The mix of Conceptual Fashion and Commercial Fashion with upscale, deconstructed, layering, detachable & reversible emerge." (Year 2019) from “One Piece, Two-ways of Wearing.” & “One Outfit, Multiple Looks.” (Year 2018) As that being said, customers of Christy + You are not only independent and sophisticated, they are also fashion-forward opting for showing a spirit and attitude; having a little fun, a little glamor and not taking so serious. It depends how you would like to put yourselves together and pieces that women want to wear and feel good in.

The launch of Christy + You is in February 2018 during New York Fashion Week. Cubism Fall / Winter 2018 Women’s Ready-To-Wear Collection of Christy + You is showcased at Harlem Fashion Week on Feb 4, 2018 @Museum of the City of New York & at New York Fashion Week on Feb 11, 2018 @Angel Orensanz Foundation.

FOUNDER INSIGHT

"I love to be a storyteller of my designs/collections, Either pitching a story or showing a spirit; I love to be a "hands-on" artist who demonstrates an excellent execution of creative technique and art. I consider that clothes tell so much about a person, it’s a vocabulary in itself. People can create a whole fantasy just by how they put themselves together.

I aim at developing classic, upscale, one of a kind, avant-garde looks that people always seem to gravitate towards girls in Christy + You; and looks that bring out your charisma."
